Elareon Group builds analytical systems on publicly sourced data. Oil and gas was the first vertical, not the definition. The same approach — public records, traced to their source, turned into decision tools — has produced two systems for life-insurance producers: a pre-underwriting eligibility screener, and lead generation built from public property and business records.
A producer enters a prospect's profile — conditions, medications, build, tobacco, lifestyle, legal disclosures, and financials. For each carrier and product, the screener returns one of three results — Decline, Refer, or Eligible — with an issuable face-amount ceiling. Every result is cited to the carrier's own underwriting guideline, so a producer can see the page behind the answer.
The screener spans a range of life-insurance carriers across simplified-issue and final-expense products. It reports eligibility, not premiums or rate classes — there are no quotes and no rate ladder. Some cases route to human review rather than a machine answer, by design: where a guideline calls for an underwriter, the screener says so instead of guessing. Coverage is still being verified carrier by carrier, so some results are marked provisional.
Elareon builds ranked lead feeds, lead cards, and mailable letters from publicly sourced records — county property filings and business-entity registrations. Each lead is scored by a dated life-event trigger: a recent home purchase, a new business registration, a property that has passed through an estate. The deliverable is a ranked list and the letters to reach it, for a life-insurance producer working a territory.
Because it works from public records and direct mail, it reaches people that social-media advertising does not. There is no ad to click and no web form to fill: the producer sends a letter, and the recipient responds. Consent to be contacted is captured after the mailer is received and acted on — that sequence is the design.
The pipeline runs today and produces this output. There is no self-serve producer application.
