Principal Analyst & Director
Artem Kuryachy

Artem Kuryachy is an engineer and analyst with experience spanning infrastructure project delivery, federal regulatory compliance, and municipal utility finance. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and B.Sc. degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Computer Science.

His professional background includes construction project management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; loan compliance oversight for one of the first EPA WIFIA-funded capital improvement programs at a municipal water utility in Colorado — approximately $60 million in federally funded infrastructure; federal compliance system development and audit support; municipal utility budgeting; capital improvement plan financial analysis; and annual forecasting in a public-sector environment.

This combination of engineering training, regulatory fieldwork, and analytical practice is the foundation every Elareon product is built on. The work that preceded Elareon was not theoretical — it involved real capital programs, real compliance requirements, and real consequences for getting the analysis wrong. Elareon products exist because the problems they address were encountered directly, and the available tools were found wanting.

The Approach

Structure. Lineage.
No Black Boxes.

Built from the Source

Every Elareon data product traces directly to its primary source. No aggregators, no intermediaries, no undocumented transformations. Every data point is linked to where it came from and when it was retrieved.

Designed for Auditability

Analytical systems that cannot be interrogated are not analytical systems — they are black boxes with a dashboard on top. Elareon products are built so that every output can be traced back to the inputs and methodology that produced it.

Scoped with Intent

Elareon does not build platforms that do everything for everyone. Each product addresses a specific, well-defined problem in a specific environment. Narrow scope done well is more valuable than broad scope done poorly.

Current Work

Colorado Well
Intelligence Platform

CWIP is Elareon's flagship data product — a continuously updated, normalized platform covering Colorado oil and gas well production, facilities, environmental records, and regulatory documents. It is the first in a planned suite of state-level well intelligence platforms and the analytical foundation for downstream verticals including Ghost Wells, a diagnostic system for evaluating well record completeness and environmental risk.
